Rand was honestly the best person I could’ve asked for. Getting extensions had always felt intimidating to me, especially with having very thin hair and hearing so many negative things about them. But Rand made the whole experience feel so easy and reassuring. She colour-matched my hair perfectly, helped me choose the right extensions for my hair type, and explained everything so well. What I love most is that she’s always happy for me to message her with any questions — it genuinely feels like having a personal stylist you can privately text anytime you need help with your extensions.

I had a fantastic experience with Courtney! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease with their warm and friendly personality. They’re not only incredibly kind but also truly talented at what they do. I absolutely loved the way my hair turned out. You can tell they really care about their clients and take the time to listen and deliver amazing results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled stylist!

I visited again today and had the lovely Courtney again, she always listens to what you would like and addresses any concerns you may have. JTs is very lucky to have her in their team, I’ve found my new hairdresser. She’s got a very calm presence and a vibrant personality, and always treats her clients well ❤️

I booked at JTs Ellenbrook on 20/09/2024 for full head colour and had friendly and great service. I'd like to thank Hayley for really nice hair colour and Courtney and junior assistant for giving me great head massage and wash and being careful to remove all colouring as I have sensitive skin and gets a rash on my neck if all colouring is not removed. Thanks very much

I had a very patient and kind hairdresser and I was very happy with the outcome of my new haircut. I have bad anxiety problems with people around me which my support worker told her about and the hairdresser was great at making me feel as comfortable as possible.
