I have never felt more confident in my hair and my self. The people there are absolutely stunning inside and out they make you feel so welcome. I felt like they were actually listening to me as well and addressing what I wanted. I will forever be a client as long as I live in Canberra. I usually feel scared going into hair salons because I feel I will be judged but with these ladies I felt instantly calm the second I walked in thank you!

Got such a natural and gorgeous multi dimensional dye refresh from Vanessa - something other salons had told me wasnt possible. Love my cut too. What made it extra lovely was that i was a new customer, with years of box dye and split ends and i didnt get one ounce of judgement from anyone. A warm hello as soon as i walked in and i know i found my new place! Thank you so much 💓

100% happy with the entire apt. She is an exceptional human who listens, communicates and is thorough in her service. I love my change in hair color and am grateful to have found a laid back yet professional salon to come to moving forward. Although my apt was not with Jane I had multiple interactions with her also thought she was very welcoming. Thanks guys 🙂

I had a fantastic experience at The Hair Room in Mawson. I showed a reference picture and the salon owner immediately understood exactly the haircut I was after. She really listened, paid attention to the details, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was friendly and professional, and it’s such a relief finding a salon you can trust. Highly recommend!
