Communication is important when discussing a haircut/style with your hairdresser. Bav listens to what you are looking for and takes you through the procedure. The salon is clean and neat, the services and prices are clearly marked when booking and parking is readily available,

When your hair is great you feel great. After having a few disasters in the past with a new hairdresser, I ventured in with trepidation. Cannot sing enough praises about the girls at Epoch hair salon Redbank. I am loving myself sick with my new hair do! Great colours (1/2 head foils- 2 colours),and my last cut disaster was fixed effortlessly and professionally. Highly recommend this salon!

Teneal has a beautiful hair studio with all the luxuries. I was so pleased with my hair, she actually made my look nice! I am very happy and will recommend her to anyone and I will definitely keep her as my hairdresser!

I had my hair dyed using a different brand of products previously before changing to Epoch Hair. When I had my hair done the first time there the different brands of products reacted differently to my hair. My hair has its own mind, and we would have had no prior knowledge that this would happen. My hair still looked amazing but the colour turned out slightly different. Senior Stylist Lauren and emerging stylist Jaz both immediately put together a plan to rectify this problem going forward. They also made sure on my next visit that they removed the colour before using the new process.

Vanity Hair never lets me down! I have been to so many hairdressers and eventually turned to box dye because I was never happy with my hair after going to a salon. I have never left an appointment with Vanity Hair disappointed.
