Lovely afternoon session, sadly I fell asleep during the sound bath, which is not the way to do it, initially on waking I felt I had cheated myself, but then realised I was feeling very happy and restored so obviously worked for me. Thank you Lesley, Yourself, Yoga, Reiki, Aromatherapy, all taught to me by Lesley ,Sound Baths, have all contributed massively to my health and well being. Thank you really isn't enough.

Legs felt very stiff and sore after running a marathon recently. Beki did a thorough massage focusing on areas that she had identified as needing a deeper massage. Result- legs felt much better and my run the following day was much better than any over the last 2 weeks since recovery week. Beki knows her stuff and also gave me advice on exercises to help improve circulation

Lovely aromatherapy massage, went home feeling relaxed and stress free

Had a wonderful Reiki session that left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. During the treatment, I experienced gentle currents of energy throughout my body, which was a unique and soothing sensation. Lesley was exceptionally attentive, noting some areas of energy variation which we discussed post-session. This conversation added to my understanding and appreciation of the process. It's a treatment I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a moment of tranquility and self-care.

The exercises we did were relevant to my physical and mental state at the moment.
