This is my third session with Lauren and I have throughly enjoyed each one. Lauren is so supportive and motivating - I look forward to my sessions so much! I highly recommend The Pilates Girl.

Great first session, thank you Lauren. She’s a cheerleader to keep you pushing yourself and ensures your body is in the right position, which you probably wouldn’t get in a big gym class! Will definitely book again - when there’s a space in the new year!
