I believe feeling safe is essential in any form of fitness — no one wants to risk injury. With something as technical as the reformer, that sense of safety becomes even more important. During my session this morning, I progressed to a few new movements, and Nina’s exceptional understanding of the reformer, combined with her precise attention to detail, ensured I felt secure throughout. Her guidance not only kept me safe but also helped us identify clear areas for further progress. For that, I’m truly grateful — and it’s exactly why I’ll always advocate for one-to-one coaching. Nina and her reformer never cease to impress. Used the jump board today - great fun but it wasn’t half a workout! Continuing to build my confidence and getting stronger all the time. 5star … just always 5star. I have measurable progress yielding results I could only dream of a few years ago. This is an amazing piece of equipment but without the correct coaching is pointless. In my experience Nina’s coaching is exceptional.
