I’ve been having PT sessions with Brad for around 9 weeks. I’ve lost weight and I’ve noticed such a difference in the way my body looks. I feel more toned and actually enjoy going to the gym now.

The best PT around. Honestly Brad make you feel so comfortable and confident without a gym. He pushes you to your limit knowing you can achieve them. I’ve had few PTs in the best, Brad is the best one by far. His commitment to his clients and so great, also going the extra mile to help us achieve a goals.

Great experience.. thoughtful and informative conversation as it was my first massage for years.. Easy conversation more generally which allowed you to relax.. Highly recomend

I booked in for a 2 hour body MOT with Lizzie and she was friendly, kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I’d recommend Lizzie to anyone who is in pain or has tight muscles.

Great session, Brad knows his stuff to help you get results. He pushes you just the right amount 🤣

Lizzie is always amazing. She’s been working on a really complex upper shoulder issue, after ever visit, I have less pain and greater mobility. Some of the techniques are hard, bit really effective. Literally dont know what I’d do without her support.

Had a really good first session with Brad at Inspire this morning! He even helped me out with a little bit of rehab stretching for my lower back pain at the end! Thanks Brad see you soon!
