Having suffered a spinal fracture and then receiving a diagnosis of PMR my 10 sessions with Catherine have been vital for my recovery both physically and mentally. Catherine has helped me understand my body and the messages it is sending me, and has tailored each exercise to everyday tasks. I am now feel able to continue with 'normal' life and confident enough to return to my weekly pilates classes with Catherine after the Summer. Thank you so much for your support and input Catherine.

Second massage, has started easing my shoulder and neck pain and increased range of movement. Also given exercises to do in between treatments. Theo puts you at ease and explains what he is doing throughout. Recommend his sports massage.

I went to Catherine with a very sore back, and she was able to release much of the tension and start me on the road to recovery

Catherine is a superb teacher and we have really enjoyed our wedding dance lessons! She is patient, intuitive and highly skilled and we would not hesitate to recommend her!

Catherine has a wealth of knowledge and is able to explain things in an understandable way. She is patient and takes time to listen.

Catherine is kind, patient and puts you at ease. I have two left feet but she has even got me looking like I have some idea. We would definitely recommend her to anyone
