Molly was great. Informative physio that gave me a plan and confidence in my recovery of bulging discs in neck. She read through my report and MRI as part of my session and I’ve come away with things to do. I’ve waited 8 weeks for the NHS to help with physio they haven’t. The £55 was absolutely worth every penny!

I messaged Meg at 5pm with extremely painful sciatica pain in my lower back and she managed to squeeze me into a last minute cancellation with Bethan at 7pm who did an amazing job loosening the muscles around my lower back giving me some relief and also gave me some stretches and exercises to do at home to help it further. I’ve always experienced amazing results with Meg so trusted anyone she put me with, I’d be in good hands!

Bethan immediately made me feel at ease and through a thorough consultation, was quickly able to establish the problem. A fabulous, if not relaxing, deep tissue massage and I already have increased range of movement. Bethan has set me some homework and then I’m back there in a week. Feeling positive for my recovery.

Without the help of Megan, I would have given up this fitness routine a long time ago, Megan give me the help and encouragement to continue

Molly was great - I was apprehensive about my appointment due to excruciating pain in my shoulder when put in certain positions to the point that I was dreading anyone going anywhere near! Molly quickly assessed what was wrong and set to work. It’s just the first step on the road to recovery but am very hopeful that all will be well and feel in safe hands.
