First-time visit and what a treat! It felt more like a spa experience than a nail appointment. Channon is extremely detail-oriented and takes great care to ensure the nails are perfectly prepped before moving on to the gel application. I’m so glad I found her. I left with a beautiful set of nails and couldn’t be happier.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my pedicure done! From the moment I walked in, the salon felt welcoming and relaxing. The therapist was gentle, professional, and really paid attention to detail – my feet feel so soft and refreshed, and my nails look absolutely perfect. I loved how clean and calming the space was, and the whole treatment felt like a real treat. I’ll definitely be coming back for another pedi soon – highly recommended!

Liz is very professional and knowledgeable. My nails was very damaged from a previous nail salon damaging my nails and Liz repaired my nails fully and it's now stronger than ever. Highly recommend. Only person I trust with my nails.

I thoroughly enjoyed my nail appointment. It's professional, yet very comfortable atmosphere. And my nails were done exactly how the image is, so very excellent and good at doing what the clients wants done.

The service is always lovely at this branch and the staff do a very neat job on gel application. I've had nails done with a few different nail techs and always pleased with the results.

Great service. Liked the location of the new store. Good range of colour. Feedback Id share is to not take appointments 1.5hours before closing. The previous clients went over so our appointment only started 16:10 and the store closes at 17:00. That meant the nail tech left way after shift which made me feel bad for them.

Shannon is super kind and attentive and so passionate about her craft. All the way from her prep work to bringing my wild nail art designs to life. She took her time with the details and the end result was breathtaking! I am so happy with my nails. 😍 she is a true artisté! And if that wasn’t enough, she treated me like a princess while I was there, creating a relaxing environment and coming through with a delicious hot bev and cute sweet treats. It was a fabulous experience through and through! I’ll definitely be back 🥰

Pedicure was great, nail technician was great, something i observed though was that the nail technicians kept having to walk around and borrow foot scrub, then cream etc. I am sure each technician should be issued her own products for smooth operations. Unfortunatley seemed to have knicked my one toe and tye cutex smudged. Perhaps spray nail polish dry before customer leaves the salon. Just a tip or two but service received was great.

Service was good ,,HOWEVER,, wen I booked the service I needed - " Soak off gel" the price advertised /shown is R70. But on paying @ till point I was told its R90. I booked " soak of - GEL,,BUT i was told that R70 is for normal nail varnish...my point is that your FRESHA site states & i booked R70 " SOAK OFF GEL" - I know I had GEL on my nails,,so I was confused as I booked correctly as per ur pricelist. Now please advertise appropriately! Was not impressed with this confusion at till point .
