I was very happy with my nail tech and loved my nails, both pedicure and gel nails. She did a fantastic job. However, every colour I chose was out of stock. (More than 6 choices at least) Even white. Ended up having to choose a colour I did not really want, and not the first time this happened. Been going to Boa for years, but this is very disappointing. Would hate to find another salon.

Sinazo has done an outstanding work on my nails. I did the gel with rubber base and simple nail art treatment. She utilised chrome powder and achieved the exact look I had shown in the picture. Thank you.

Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.

Rua Beauty is absolutely amazing! Laa'iqah always does a flawless job with my gel nails, and my fingers and toes look perfect every time. The foot scrub was incredible—so relaxing, and left my feet unbelievably soft. She gives the best advice and uses top-quality products, always going the extra mile to accommodate individual nail needs. On top of that, she makes me feel so at home every visit. The experience was amazing! The owner responds quickly and was pretty understanding when I ran a few minutes late. I was offered a drink right away, which was a lovely touch. They even accommodated a last-minute hair booking, which I'm very grateful for. The hairdresser worked quickly and my hair came out better than I expected. I also did an acrylic refill and a pedicure, my nails look and feel incredible. I was honestly shocked by how affordable everything was. This is definitely my go-to maintenance place from now on! ✨

Thank you. Had a good experience with stylist. Very patient. Great advice received. However with the manicure my nails were not dry and it smudge and unfortunately the nail therapist already left. A valuable lesson learnt. Next time I will have my nails done first, before hair treatment.

Shams is incredibly talented. Her freehand nail art is unbelievable, with every design detailed, creative, and original. So proud of her new space it’s beautiful and so well deserved. If you’re looking for stunning, one-of-a-kind nails, she’s the one to book with!

I had a wonderful experience with my manicure and pedicure treatment. The staff that did the treatments were friendly and made us feel comfortable. However, I had a brow thread and tint booked and was told that the staff member called in sick, so they unfortunately had no one to do it. Either I wait 40 minutes or more for the only staff member able to do it. Which I felt was ridiculous and disappointing since I was there before the other customers and especially came to that branch for the brow and tint service, as it is not offered at all branches.

So blown away by the great service I received here!! All the girls took such interest in helping me with everything from my hair extensions and best method of reinstalling them, to my nails and pedicure with the best foot massage I've ever had. Wish I could find a great salon like this everywhere I travel to!
