I honestly don’t have enough good words for Elena — she is an absolute perfectionist and total artist when it comes to nails. Every single time I leave with my BIAB looking flawless, strong, and exactly how I wanted (if not better!). Not only is her attention to detail unmatched, but she’s also so lovely to chat to, makes you feel totally at ease, and the whole appointment is such a treat. Her colour selection is unreal and she’s always up for trying new shapes, designs, and ideas while still making sure everything suits. The best in the business!

It was a pleasure from the moment I arrived to when I left. Phoenix is a welcoming beautiful lady. Has great colour choices and more importantly done a fantastic job on my nails. So quick too. I love them and have booked a pedicure also for my next visit. ❤️❤️❤️
