I had the pleasure of getting a gel manicure and pedicure with Harpreet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She is incredibly skilled, meticulous, and ensures every detail is perfect. My nails look flawless. Beyond her technical ability, Harpreet is also warm, friendly, and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Visted on recommendation and wasn't disappointed! The lady who did my pedicure was wonderful and did an amazing job...I felt as though I was walking on air when I left. I wasn't pressurised to pick a 'trendy' colour, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be going back and will tell anyone I can it's the place to go! Thank you!

Excellent service and great results. My pedicure was especially good - it was so nice to be asked to take my feet out, bend my knee etc rather than being grunted at and pointed at! All members of staff very friendly. Lovely relaxed atmosphere

Anna looked at my hair suggesting what could be done to restore body and shape. She washed and massaged my hair which was then cut and styled adding volume. I'm so pleased with the look and received many compliments. Thank you Anna - looking forward to my next visit!

Had an appointment for a gel manicure. The lady was very nice and did a good job but it took over an hour. The website said 30mins so that might need adjusting. Always friendly and a lovely local salon.

The customer service here is absolutely outstanding! The staff are incredibly friendly, always welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. They take the time to have genuine conversations, which really adds to the overall experience. My nail technician, G, is amazing, she’s not only talented but also truly passionate about her work. I always leave feeling happy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I’ve now had biab nails and a hydrofacial with Nav and both have been great, would recommend going to true beauty
