She is the loveliest person, always makes you feel at ease throughout the appointment and of course is amazing at what she does! Sav did an amazing job with my nails! They are actually my favourite set of all time. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and have a laugh with. As were all the staff. And thanks to carmen for a super relaxing pedicure 🥰 will definitely be coming back

Gemma is so knowledgable and skilled - I had a manicure and pedicure and my hands and feet have not looked so good in a very long time. She uses the best quality products and processes to support good nail health. Highly recommended.

The best nail tech you could ever ask for, Meg is always up for the challenge of any ideas I bring along, executing designs fantastically, her nail art skills are second to none. The nails she does are super sturdy and I never have to worry about lifting either. Plus she's a wonderful person to be around, I always look forward to our appointments!

Claire is absolutely amazing. I have switched from my previous nail and brow salon due to the luxurious experience, Mirror Mirror offers to their customers. The girls have class, they're dedicated to their craft and they're very polite - all attributes someone expects from a Shrewsbury nail and brow bar.

Such a lovely service from start to finish ,the whole vibe is relaxed and welcoming. I'm leopard print obsessed, and Abbie totally gets the vision. The nail art is spot on every time, super detailed and creative, and exactly what I imagined (if not better). Honestly one of the best nail experiences. Highly recommend if you want great nails and good vibes!
