Fantastic as always ! Mel is incredible and everyone in the salon is super friendly and welcoming ! Had an amazing hair wash and head massage, endless cups of tea and Mel is absolutely amazing at nailing my hair EVERY TIME :) I always leave the salon feeling confident and relaxed !

The experience was wonderful, lovely relaxing environment, very comfortable chair, could have fallen asleep! Hands and feet feel soft and look amazing, the hot towels were amazing and I’m so pleased with the metallic nail varnish, Lana was very knowledgeable and obviously loves what she does, booked again already, thank you

Love my hybrid lashes. Haven’t had them done since before Covid, as soon as I head Liv was joining Shepack I booked in. This is the only salon I will go to, as you know it will be the best and the nicest experience

I had a lovely experience getting my hair cut my the lovely Helena. After a bad experience at another salon I was very weary to try a new salon, but after I got my hair done by Helena I don't trust anyone else with my hair, she was so good at putting me at easy and understanding my hair type. Great salon experience, I always get exactly what I ask for and the staff are lovely

Best nail tech in the area and from the comfort of her own beautiful salon. My lash lift is still going strong and it’s been over 9 weeks. Can’t rate her enough. Always manages to work round you and nothing is too much trouble. I feel like a million dollars every time I leave. See something you like on line, send it to her and she’ll make it happen.

Another fabulous visit. Nothing is ever too much for her and a true perfectionist just like me. So happy with my nails, I’m having both nails and feet done next time. Well worth the money and loving the new salon. Thank you Helen 💅
