Danielle was great, she did an amazing job on my biab nails. She was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice regarding supplements,she also gave me a free trial of the nail collagen treatment, which I will definitely consider having.

First visit after lockdown eased and felt safe with the safety measures Charlotte had put in place. New online booking system and reminders worked a treat. Great manicure and pedicure received as usual.

Easy to make an appointment. Cayci did a great job on my eyebrows with a simple wax and tint. I also had a manicure as my nails had broken and chipped and wanted to start fresh. This was my first appointment and will definitely look at returning on the future

Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The service was fantastic and I’ll definitely be going back.

I love chatting to Nichola while she gives me a manicure

Can't fault at all. Love my nails. Asked for a gonk on my Christmas nails and Claire did not disappoint. Had my eyebrows done aswell just a wax and tint but Claire doesn't rush like some places. Looking at booking in for some sort of facial in the New Year.

Had the best relaxing nail pampering morning at phoenix with Nicola (and excellent coffee) on a frosty morning Will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend this lovely lady using all trusted products .

Georgina is so welcoming and friendly. Absolutely amazing at nails. Been going for over 1 year I used to bite my nails and now I have beautiful long nails!!! Which last weeks!!! Salon is amazing very relaxed. Gina looks after you and tailors your pamper to what you need wether being in silence and let you relax or watch a film have a good chat and offers treats and drinks. Wouldn't go anywhere else she is truly the nail genie.

An excellent pedicure! My feet feel baby soft and the polish is a lovely colour, expertly applied. I would recommend coming here for all your beauty needs.

Yet another enjoyable appointment with Claire. Lots more exciting colours for nails to try I was absolutely spoiled for choice. Claire also has fantastic ideas for designs and makes lots of unique twists to a simple nail colour 💅
