Having my nails done by Adrienne is a real treat. I asked her to pick a design for me this time, as the choices are vast! I am not disappointed. We went for a bolder colour I wouldn't usually choose and it looks amazing. I had so many compliments in just a few hours. Adrienne's little caravan really is a haven for relaxation and pampering. I feel so much more comfortable there than I do in a salon. Thank you, Adrienne for always being so lovely. Xx

Managed to squeeze me for a nail appointment with only a few days notice, due a cancelled appointment elsewhere. So happy with my nails. They are stunning!! Felt really comfortable and relaxed .so talented at nail art too! 100% would recommend

Roisin was excellent. My nails have never looked so good.

Very relaxing, nails and hands are perfect.

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Everyone at Bodysgallen Spa are really nice and at the same time professional. I have had my nails painted and they are beautiful. After my treatment I had a very nice cappuccino in the club lounge.

An excellent facial with lots of good advice

Overall good, but a couple of points for improvement 1) the room was cool, and so throughout I was not as relaxed as I should have been 2) Megan's hands were cold at the start, which detracted from the benefit - I did not mention this, as it would have interrupted the inevitable warm up and self-resolving of the problem 3) given 1), and I would anyway expect this, there should have been a rotation of hot or warm towels to keep me warm and relaxed 4) I would expect more checks on suitability of strength of effort being used through the treatment . . . NOT constantly, but at least 2 or 3x ?
