After returning to the UK after 6+ years, I was nervous about finding a new salon for my brows and nails—because let’s be honest, trusting someone new with your face and hands is a big deal! But then I found Harriet, and let me tell you, she is an absolute angel. Every time I leave my appointment, I’m strutting out with perfect brows and the most gorgeous nails. After returning from overseas after 6+ years, I was so, so nervous in finding a new salon however, as soon as I saw Beauty by Harriet’s work on Instagram I just HAD to get booked in ASAP! From the moment of communicating to confirm an appointment slot to attending my appointment earlier today, I am SO glad I chose BbH! The best salon experience I have ever had, with heated towels used for the facial, heated blanket on the massage bed and precision on the gel manicure. Every treatment was done with great care and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'm so happy I have found Gemma.
