First visit to Acer beauty having found availability on Fresha and then finding the instagram page and reading about Ellie, her experience and having just started up here in Carlisle. I booked in and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had ‘the Signature’ it was just what I needed and so relaxing. Ellie was lovely, and put me totally at ease visiting somewhere for the first time. It’s a lovely relaxing space with a warm welcome and the bonus of parking at the door. I would highly recommend

Just had my first appointment with Lily, her room is lovely and she has very good attention to detail and cleanliness. I had a fabulous nail appointment and I love how Lily took extra time in care with my cuticles and Nails.

I absolutely love going to see Sam. She is a fabulous nail tech and really puts her heart and soul into her work and clients. My nails have never been so healthy and beautiful. I always get compliments. Great quality products at a great price. Plus having a good conversation whilst being pampered is so important too. I won’t go anywhere else 🥰

Lily is amazing! She’s friendly, chats to you and her nails are always prefect. She has a great range of colours, and is always open the a nail art challenge when I’m inspired. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Tasha is the best, I haven’t had better nails before in Carlisle. The prep and attention to detail is 10/10. Heated massage chair and coffee too was pure relaxation 🥰
