Madison was very friendly and professional. She made sure my comfort was at the forefront of the experience. She also did a great job on giving my feet a glow up after months between pedicures. I would definitely go back to Smudge if I'm back in Ottawa and need my nails done.

Nikki is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She is meticulous, shaping nails to absolute perfection every time. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she genuinely cares about nail health, ensuring natural nails stay strong. Unlike many techs who rush, she takes her time to deliver flawless results. Whether it’s a simple manicure or intricate designs, her precision and passion shine through. I always leave feeling confident and obsessed with my nails. I recently had a wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure at your salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire service. The manicurist did an excellent job of my nails, leaving them looking polished and pristine. The pedicure was equally as fantastic, with the technician paying close attention to detail and ensuring my feet looked and felt amazing. Not only was the service top-notch, but the salon itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a fun atmosphere.

I love the customer service at la crystal and Tammy did an unreal job at making my nails look clean and simple. The manicure itself and the colour/application are perfect and the attention to detail is the best I’ve ever had in a nail tech. 10/10!

Tammy was incredibly understanding and very flexible, I asked her to redo a few things because I had some different ideas of how I wanted the nails to look. She tried out each one and worked with me every step of the way! Always a lovely experience to have her as my nail tech.

I had biogel nails done with Lucy and then the most relaxing deluxe pedicure with Tina this morning. 5 stars is not enough for the amazing service I receive everytime I visit La Crystal! I had an amazing experience at La Crystal Nails and Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. My nail technician did an outstanding job—she was meticulous, gentle, and really took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. Chloe is honestly the sweetest. She always knows exactly what color I want and finds it right away, and she really puts her heart into what she does. Nikki as usual did a e job - pedicure and fixed a broken nail as I’m leaving on holidays tomorrow. Nit crazy about your new pedicure set up. Def not as good as before. Will still cone to you for my fingers but will go elsewhere for pedicure. Sorry.

Tammy does an amazing job every time! My nails have never been healthier. Biogel lasts 4-5 weeks with significant nail growth and I'm not gentle on my hands.

Nikki did a fabulous dip powder manicure on my very short, natural nails. She was patient, thorough, and detailed. Amazing cuticle care and nice, even polish. Also, she did not comment on the length of my nails nor did she encourage extensions, which I very much appreciated. We did not chitchat and the salon was calm, making for a relaxing experience. I will definitely book Nikki again.
