This nail salon is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, the hospitality is top-tier, and the manager is so welcoming and attentive. I first came here for my wedding nails and was so impressed that I had to return! Recently, Madi did my Russian manicure and bio gel new set, and her attention to detail is phenomenal. Lisa handled my pedicure and nail design, showcasing her incredible creativity. Both are beyond talented! Their precision and artistry make every visit a luxurious experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Will for sure come back ! The salon is wonderfully decorated 🩷 the team is attentive to you needs and very professional! Fiona was fun to talk to and she did an amazing job with my pedicure even though I have tiny nails it looks great!! And the massage ! 😍 I needed that ! Thank you!! I rarely write review but It was worth it ! Oh and they were complentary drinks!! Choices like mimosa, ice, tea, Chai latte wow ! Such a lovely concept! 🥰 Thank you !

Nikki is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She is meticulous, shaping nails to absolute perfection every time. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she genuinely cares about nail health, ensuring natural nails stay strong. Unlike many techs who rush, she takes her time to deliver flawless results. Whether it’s a simple manicure or intricate designs, her precision and passion shine through. I always leave feeling confident and obsessed with my nails. I recently had a wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure at your salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire service. The manicurist did an excellent job of my nails, leaving them looking polished and pristine. The pedicure was equally as fantastic, with the technician paying close attention to detail and ensuring my feet looked and felt amazing. Not only was the service top-notch, but the salon itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a fun atmosphere.

I love the customer service at la crystal and Tammy did an unreal job at making my nails look clean and simple. The manicure itself and the colour/application are perfect and the attention to detail is the best I’ve ever had in a nail tech. 10/10!

Tammy was incredibly understanding and very flexible, I asked her to redo a few things because I had some different ideas of how I wanted the nails to look. She tried out each one and worked with me every step of the way! Always a lovely experience to have her as my nail tech.

Chloe is honestly the sweetest. She always knows exactly what color I want and finds it right away, and she really puts her heart into what she does. The nail color she picked for me this time was perfect. Every single one of my friends complimented it. If you get your nails done with Chloe, you’ll see how professional and calm she is, and why I love going to her.

Nikki as usual did a e job - pedicure and fixed a broken nail as I’m leaving on holidays tomorrow. Nit crazy about your new pedicure set up. Def not as good as before. Will still cone to you for my fingers but will go elsewhere for pedicure. Sorry.

Tammy does an amazing job every time! My nails have never been healthier. Biogel lasts 4-5 weeks with significant nail growth and I'm not gentle on my hands.

I recently got my nails done in bio gel dual form and I am absolutely blown away by the results! The technique was flawless, the finish is stunning, and my nails look incredibly natural yet polished. The artist was super professional, truly listened to what I wanted, and delivered beyond my expectations. I 100% recommend — you won't be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nikki did a fabulous dip powder manicure on my very short, natural nails. She was patient, thorough, and detailed. Amazing cuticle care and nice, even polish. Also, she did not comment on the length of my nails nor did she encourage extensions, which I very much appreciated. We did not chitchat and the salon was calm, making for a relaxing experience. I will definitely book Nikki again.

As always, I have full confidence and trust in Adi to do my nails! She consistently perfectly executes every design I bring her without fail, focusing on good nail care and prep for long lasting nails! I never have issues with my nails breaking and they protect my natural nails as much as possible. Always a pleasure having Adi as my go-to nail tech :)
