I’ve been visiting Jay for several months now both for deep tissue and Swedish massage and she is incredibly skilled at finding all the knotty bits and make me feel much more relaxed! Will definitely keep up my monthly visits as it’s made a huge difference to my overall wellbeing

Jays massages are amazing for my recovery and mobility. I have used these massages to help with my marathon training and they have got me through. The deep tissue massage has been essential part of my recovery and injury prevention. I have completed my 2nd marathon with ease thanks to Jay!

Amazing! Somehow Jay manages to get rid of all the knots, tightness and aches, but at the same time the most relaxing massage ever. Always feel a hundred percent better after and gutted when it’s over 😊

Very calm and relaxed environment. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders due to my work and the Indian head massage really sorted that out. It was so relaxing I fell asleep !

Bella is the Best Out There

I tried the new Medik8 Age Defying facial. Not only was it super relaxing but my skin looks amazing!!

Thank you Fee for another amazing treatment. I had the Medik8 Crystal Retinal Age-Defying Facial yesterday. I’ve suffered with pigmentation for years so was looking forward to trying this treatment for its brightening & anti-ageing effects. Such a relaxing facial that was tailor made for my concerns. I love that’s there’s no downtime but with real results. My skin is glowing, smooth & plumped today. So happy, can’t wait for my next one.

This facial was a real treat for me. The bespoke treatment was taylored to my own personal skin type. Yet another amazing 90min facial massage with Jay today. Started off with a much needed 30min back and shoulder massage, followed by an hour of blissful facial. Jay focuses on massage techniques on the face/jaw/neck rather than your conventional facial, using quality products. It's once again left my face feeling radiant, with lots of tension relieved! Highly recommend.
