I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful deep tissue massage, and I can't recommend it enough! From start to finish, the session was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. Anneke was skilled and attentive, targeting all the areas where I hold tension with just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling rejuvenated, with muscles that were noticeably more relaxed and flexible. Highly recommend!

I had a Sports Massage, and it was worth it. Riaan was gentle but firm and explained every action he started by stating why and what area of the body this specific muscle attaches too. Very informative. Not bruised at all the following day. Was a bit sensitive to the touch at the pressure points that were massage. Riaan started the session by looking at my posture and general health. He recommended changes to how I sit or stand and also gave me guidelines on how to start with exercise that won't kill me in the first week. Looking forward to seeing Riaan again tomorrow, 13.06.2023.
