Sandra is an incredible massage therapist—kind, professional, and truly effective at what she does. From the moment the session started, she created a calm and welcoming environment and was very attentive to what my body needed. I left feeling significantly better and much more relaxed. I appreciated how respectful she was of my Christian faith, which meant a lot to me. I definitely plan to schedule with Sandra more regularly. Highly recommend.

The VST Therapy was such a unique experience. The singing bowls resonating through the body felt so cleansing, like a deep reset. The hour long session went by like it was 25 minutes. Sandra’s space is warm and low lit, making it easy to get into the headspace of healing. Her depth with these healing modalities is apparent so it’s easy to relax into the journey. I highly recommend booking your appointment with her!

Sandra created such a peaceful and relaxing environment for me as I received my first sound bowl healing session. It's amazing what sound and vibration can do for our bodies and her gentle approach was just what I needed to tune into my body and all the nooks and crannies of built up tension for release. My massage experience with sandra was so wonderful and rejuvenating! her touch is very fluid, with an intuative balance of soft and firm. before she began the massage she played the tibetan bowl on my back, which really set my nervous system into a relaxed state. she also incorperated soothing elements of warm weighted balanket at times warm lavendar towels. i went in with an aching shoulder and a lot of neck tension and walked out feeling so much lighter and relaxed. thank you sandra, ill be back next time i need a massage!

My 90 minutes massage with Sandra was 10/10. One of the best massage session I have had in a very long time. Sandra was able to help relieve the aches and pains in my body that I can in with and I left feeling a lot lighter and pain free. Sandra, I've been looking for you for 18 years. Losing my previous outstanding massage therapist to a corporate transfer, I have tried numerous others with drab results. In comparison, they are like a bland vanilla pudding cup - you are a superb chocolate mousse. I'm in for a package.

It was an Amazing experience! I was at a 10 Pain level when the arrived and 90 minutes later I Felt like a new person!! I could actually move my neck and upper body after the 90 minute treatment!! I’m will definitely be coming back but would like a 2 hour treatment 🙏👏
