I’m always amazed at how skilled Stella is at identifying the root cause of my pain. During each session she asks thoughtful questions to really understand what’s going on and tailors her approach accordingly. I also really appreciate how she explains what she is finding and offers practical advice, like stretches, ice/heat and prevention tips, so the results last beyond the appointment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients’ long-term well-being.

Setting was clean, pretty and created a mood of relaxation. Stella was friendly and informative. Accessed target areas and gave helpful info on things I can to do to support good health. A massage but more of a realignment/tension relief. Stella’s technique is top notch!

Stella knows exactly which muscles need attention. It's amazing the difference she makes with how she stretches and applies pressure. My hip needs the most work so she does what she needs to do to work through the tightness. Highly recommend!
