These guys are probably some of the most knowledgeable in the game. JFLo and Mike are great at helping you pinpoint the cause of your aches and pains and not only do the soft tissue work to alleviate you, but they give you homework so you can continue the recovery between visits. I’ll always give them a 10/10

My husband and I booked 90-minute massages plus a one-hour foot reflexology session at Healing and Massage Spa, and it was absolutely amazing. He got the deep tissue massage and said the pressure was perfect — firm, thorough, and exactly what his tight muscles needed. I chose the Swedish massage, and it was so relaxing and smooth. I felt completely comfortable and stress-free the entire time. The foot reflexology was next-level. After being on our feet all the time, that extra hour focused just on our feet felt incredible.

I had an amazing full body massage at Healing and Massage Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. My massage therapist was professional, attentive, and made sure to focus on the areas where I was holding the most tension. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. You can truly tell they care about their clients and take pride in their work. We are staying in Florida for a few days before our cruise . It was our first time at this salon . My daughter had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. She said this was the best manicure she has ever had compared to NY! Her person took her time with her nails and treated my daughter like a princess .

My experience with the lymphatic massage before stepping on stage was incredible! It was pleasant and very effective; the before-and-after difference was immediately visible, both visually and physically (I felt lighter!). I’m used to getting massages from many therapists around the world, but I have never experienced anything this amazing! Thank you again so much!

Mikey is always awesome! I my pains and stiffness instantly go away after 1 session. Very knowledgeable and helpful and will give you exercises and stretches to help prevent future injuries.
