Every time I come to Madison I try to book an appointment here. I ended up calling last minute and they round a way to get me 30 minutes. While I always want more time, I was still thrilled this how much better I felt after such a short time.

Julia is a very experienced massage therapist! She has a technique for getting to the tight or knotted muscles and finding the problem with such ease, she has perfect pressure, not too much but just right and I’m not sore after a massage from her. She’s so very very good! Professional, caring, and a sweet person. She responds quickly to bookings and emails which I appreciate it! She’s the best!

My massage with Al was hands down the best massage I’ve experienced in my life. Massages are typically relaxing for me, but I’ve never experienced the therapeutic benefits like I felt immediately following my massage. My range of motion was increased and I could turn my head side to side with no pain, which I don’t remember the last time I was able to say that. I will definitely be back!

The absolute best massage I've ever had. Kristopher greeted me and was super friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was extremely ambient and relaxing. I got the 90-minute relaxation massage with Chunrong and she was so nice and asked me about my goals and the massage was amazing.

I have been going to Shaina for over 18 months now to treat migraines, release pent-up anxiety and emotions, and promote overall well-being. She is absolutely wonderful. She always checks in on the points I struggle with before needling them, explains why she is needling certain points, does great massage work on my old injuries during my extra time, and even answers my questions over text super quickly. I would never consider going to anyone else for my acupuncture.
