I have been getting regular massages for over 20 years, and Liz is the best deep tissue therapist I have ever worked with. I’ve been seeing her for over 6 years now. She has an understanding of muscle anatomy and always manages to get to the root of the tension. She is professional, intuitive, and highly skilled. I highly recommend her!

I have had a lot of massages over the years and it’s not easy to find someone who knows what they are doing when giving a massage. Liz took the time to ask what were my problem areas, listened to what I told her and then went to work. It was everything that my body needed, and also to help in my recovery. I give Liz 5 stars because she did a great job, and I will recommend her to my friends. I will also be seeing her again in the near future. Thank you.

Amazing deep tissue massage. I’m a tattoo artist and I was quite overdue for a massage due to the stresses that tattooing all day puts on, really, every facet of my body but primarily my back and neck. I went in there with a pinched nerve between my spine and shoulder blades and a stiff neck and I walked out an hour later feeling better than I’ve felt in a very long time. Super professional, courteous clean and friendly. Highly recommended.

We went to Liz years ago. Covid shut everything down, Found her through Facebook, she is better than ever. Had 2 major surgeries in the last month. I haven't felt this good in MONTHS. Hard to put a price tag on good health and feeling good. She is knowledgeable and asks questions and throughout the massage checks to see if she is doing the right pressure She is awesome
