Alex was very insightful and gave me a lot of information regarding how to find out what exactly the source of my pain was, how to combat it and alleviate it, and what to do so it doesn’t return. He was great at targeting those areas, but not leaving me feeling pained. Will definitely be returning!

I suffer with lower back and sciatica issues! Maha is the BEST massage therapist I ever had! She is very knowledgeable and her hands and mind know how to work on my issue! I feel much better now after only 2 massages! I plan to continue going to see Maha since I firmly believe that I will be free of pain with her treatment and my maintanence exercises and stretches! Maha was amazing! I don’t even have the right words to describe the experience. I am a female bodybuilder with lots of (tight) muscles. This was my first time having this type of deep tissue / sports massage. She hit muscles I did not even know existed. I will definitely be sore, but a good sore. I can’t wait to go back in a couple weeks for my lower body session. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a detailed/painful massage. Thank you Maha!!
