Kyle is very easy going and has a great personality. He did an amazing job. This was my first time having a massage. I was shocked that my muscles were so tight. They feel great, now. I tried the hot stone massage. It definitely was needed after experiencing the recent chill in the weather. I also had AVACEN and paraffin treatment on my hands which helps decrease pain from arthritis. Arlynn is a kind, gentle massage therapist that is an expert at her craft. The massage, done by Arlan, was relaxing and helped to relieve sciatica pain I had been experiencing. The paraffin wax and AVACEN hand treatments were soothing helping to decrease arthritic discomfort in my hands. John gives the BEST massages! He always asks what areas need the most attention and he focuses in on them. He uses the usual techniques as well as stretching exercises.
