I booked a Deep Tissue Massage and Nuno included some energy work and reflexology to help me with my shoulder. He left me with some tips on how to improve my shoulder over time. Incredible. I went to meet Nuno for a massage at his place, as I do several times a year. The space was prepared in detail, very clean space, comfortable ambience, quiet and even the smell was inviting to relax. Then the actual massage: somehow Nuno connects to my pain, discomfort or stress, whatever brings me to him. In his hands, healing always happens with me. I leave calmer, more confident and with my body feeling light. Thank you Nuno, again and again.
