Emilia is truly amazing and incredibly skilled.✨ From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. She created such a warm, safe, and welcoming space where I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. She really took the time to listen to my needs and goals, and tailored the facial treatment specifically for me, including the most wonderful lymphatic massage. I left with the most beautiful glow that lasted for days, but even more importantly, I felt deeply rested, relaxed, and at peace. I had a great experience since the start. The neighborhood where the studio is located is lovely. Camila is an exceptional professional. She is careful, attentive and sweet! Her massage is magical and I felt completely relaxed afterwards! It was the perfect treat for my birthday celebration. After the massage, we had a nice tea and a chat. I will definitely come back!

I went for the Gua Sha Sculpting treatment and it was honestly pure bliss. My skin feels so refreshed and has been glowing for days. Lauren really knows what she’s doing. She understands the lymphatic system & her massage not only sculpted my skin but also left me super relaxed. She worked her magic through so many lovely steps, I can’t recommend booking with her enough ☺️

I’ve been going to Eilene for years now and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has just moved into a brand new location and it is absolutely stunning: shiny, spotless and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. She is so professional and clearly knows her stuff whether you’re coming in for a wax or a facial massage. The results are consistently great and she makes the whole process feel effortless. She is also just really warm and friendly which makes such a difference. It feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with someone you trust.

I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.
