Chloe was excellent, lovely calm manner with good professional communication. Kept me informed and enquired about well being through out the treatment. I would recommend her to my friends. All aspects of the treatment were wonderful. Came away relaxed (back massage was awesome) and my skin felt and looked well hydrated after facial.

Everytime I visit tauranga, I ensure I treat myself with a good massage. Deep tissue massage is definitely the one for those with stressful lifestyle. The owner was amazing at trying her best to undue the knots. Few grimace I made was then met with softer touch techniques. Worth 90mins of deep massage and I left feeling at 100% again. Def recommend her amazing skills.

The deluxe facial was lovely and relaxing. I appreciated the trainees manner and relaxed attitude. She listened to my saying that my left buttock area was sore for back massage, so didn't put any pressure there. She had a lovely touch and pressure and wasnt rushed in her strokes. For the facial, she asked if I was comfortable, warm, which was good. She kept the light out of my face which I SO appreciated. I noted she was very quiet in her actions with products and movements and in/out of treatment area, and didn't bump/jolt the table as many do. Lovely young lady

Tacha is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. 3.5 years under her professional expertise and knowledge helped my recovery from an injury. A waka ama competitor for 8 years pre COVID, post COVID I lost ROM to the L) shoulder/arm and had a tingling sensation down to the fingers. I am back to what I do best which is nursing and doing FIFO booking Tacha each time I return :). Nga mihi Tacha :)

Great massage by Saranya, lots of stretching and fixed all the aches and pains I went in with. Parking right outside, no stress. Clear communication and Saranya took note and worked on my pain/problem areas. Pressure was as requested and I would give EXCELLENT 6 STARS if possible. Even left with some exercises/stretches to do at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
