As a sports massage therapist the one thing we know is we will never get to experience our own treatment. Today I saw Steph at Smooth Movement for a posterior leg massage as my legs ache and feel fatigued at the end of the week. Stephs massage today was amazing and I would like to think I bring the same relief from pain, soreness and tightness for my clients as Steph did for me today.
