Working in a high-pressure job means I rarely get time to fully switch off, but Meg’s spa is one of the few places where I genuinely can. The space is calm and welcoming with thoughtful touches for an amazing client experience. Whether it’s a massage, facial or nails, every treatment is delivered with utmost care, skill and attention. I always leave feeling more balanced and ready to tackle whatever’s next with a bit more clarity and resilience. It has become my regular non-negotiable for self care. Highly recommend for those who struggle with self-card and need somewhere reliable to reset.

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was amazing, you can tell Homeira really knows her stuff. I came away feeling so relaxed. I also had a haircut cut which was very well done, the salon is a lovely environment and Homeira was so easy to chat to. Would definitely recommend.

> Just had a deep tissue massage focusing on shoulders, neck & back – intense pressure but so worth it! Instant relief after carrying my little ones daily. The space was calm, clean & welcoming, with soothing music and a chaperone present which made it feel safe. You’d never guess it’s just off a main road – total hidden gem. Loved the hot stones at the end too! Highly recommend for anyone needing proper muscle relief & a bit of calm. I done a lot of searching round. Just book here. You wont go back. Professional. Clean. My pedicure today was amazing. The whole ambience of the salon is lovely which helped me feel even more relaxed. All the stages of the pedicure were carried out to perfection with Homeria constantly checking I was happy. After soaking, shaping, exfoliating and polishing it was all finished with an amazing foot massage. This is possibly the best pedicure I have had. I would highly recommend.

There are massages… and then there is a Mood Spa massage. Esther is exceptional. Her treatment room is a beautiful, calming space with soothing scents and the cosiest heated bed. The massage was the best I’ve ever had — every knot released and a new level of calm achieved. The face massage left me feeling lifted, sculpted and tension-free. The small touches, like fresh water and a warm towel, elevate the whole experience. Thank you, Esther.

I have chronic compartment syndrome & I have been to many different sports therapist, massage therapists, chiropractors etc to manage my symptoms but none have ever been able to give me the relief that Rosie does. She’s extremely intuitive to your body and knows just the right techniques to address problematic areas, all with amazing customer service :)! I could not find anyone trained to perform sports massage in pregnancy but Rosie is specifically trained and helped me manage my pain during late pregnancy and afterwards. Could not recommend more.

Guys, it's fine to pamper yourselves and this is the place to do it. Relaxation does not even begin to describe the almost out of body experience of the Swedish full body massage I had from Julie today. I cannot recommend highly enough so go and find out for yourself.

Winnie is fantastic! The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped ease all my tension. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience so calming. I’ll definitely be booking again!

An absolutely wonderful experience with Claire as always! I had a back massage and reflexology treatment, and both were incredible. Claire has such a calm, caring energy and instantly makes you feel at ease. The back massage released all my tension, and the reflexology was deeply relaxing. I could feel the stress just melt away. She’s professional, attentive, and truly gifted at what she does. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rebalanced. I can’t recommend Claire enough, she’s amazing!

Nicola is exceptionally professional. She did an amazing job on my brows, taking great care to ensure they were exactly how I wanted them. The massage was incredible—she was attentive and thoughtful, especially when working through stubborn knots in my back, and always maintained the perfect level of pressure without being too intense. The Garden Spa is a lovely place with a calming ambience and a peaceful, serene feel. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!
