Absolutely amazing experience! Lauren has a true gift. Her intuitive touch and calming presence create such a safe and nurturing space. She guides breath work and in doing so thought the massage helped melt away tension I didn't even know I was holding. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and happier than I have in a long time. Absolutely amazing massage! I have been Lauren so many times she’s always incredible. Regularly helps me destress and relax as well getting rid of some sore and tight shoulders from the work and gym. A lovely room full of plants in an intimate and private home environment that feels just like you’d get at a salon on the high street, but better! ❤️ can’t wait to come back xx
