Incredible experience with Lyndzee I had a lymphatic massage with lyndze today, and honestly, it was next level. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The massage itself was so much more than just a treatment,it felt like a full-body reset. This was the first time I’ve ever had cupping and I was advise to following a Thai massage what a very stubborn 12 month old neck shoulder injuries falling from my horse. I visited Arte Nova for a massage today- it was super relaxing, I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Lauren was really welcoming and lovely. Already looking at what else I can get booked in! The treatment room was beautiful and had the most calming atmosphere. I would fully reccomend to anyone and can't wait to come back already! A little gem in High Barnet!

My first time of having a lymphatic drainage massage. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a really enjoyable experience! Lyndzee made me feel very welcomed and at ease. She asked me lots of questions and explained what she was doing and why during the massage. I felt very relaxed at the end of my “me” time. Beautiful setting and the oils smelt so nice! Thank you!

Lovely lady, first time coming here. I came for a back facial originally thinking it was hormones that cause a flare up but it was pigmentation so Zoe suggested doing a chemical peel instead and I noticed a huge difference after the first treatment before leaving the room. Will definitely come back again

Lovely experience, had a deep tissue massage. I love that it covers everything top to toe, including face and stomach. It was relaxing whilst still getting all the knots out.

Well shall I start!! Ricky was amazing!! I told him I had some tension in my left side shoulder and 1h later it’s gone! 100% recommend his services. I had chose to have the at home massage (lush!) - it worked so well because I work from home and not always I can go to a spa. Having Ricky coming over to do a full body massage made me feel I don’t have to compromise taking care of myself because of work. Who says work, says having kid etc. He set-up the bed in the living room, brought his own oils and music and I made sure there were some candles and voila! Like new - Thank you Ricky!
