A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Its always a little nerve wracking going to a new therapist for massage and facials etc. I saw Natalie this week for the Full body lymphatic massage & lymphatic lift facial. I also added in a cheeky dermaplaning. It was the most wonderful experience! Natalie was instantly warm & welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much of a problem & Natalie explained everything fully. Unfortunately i couldn't try the LED as i am photosensitive due to meds. Natalie took my safety & health as a high priority. The results from the treatment are incredible & i will be coming regularly.

Awesome experience! Really impressed. I have a severe skin issue and had a really thorough consultation. Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Relaxed atmosphere along side a relaxing treatment Learned about my skin and its needs. I have tried a number of treatments for my skin and this was the first treatment where my expectations were managed. Beautiful facials with Jo. The perfect balance between deeply relaxing and excellent penetrating skin correction. The massage was blissful for my aching neck. My skin felt and looked significantly 'treated'. Will be returning regularly. My partner had the blackhead buster which was highly effective but also included that essence of pamper, which is always so therapeutic with a facial. thank you, Jo. See you next time!
