Had my first massage with Sophie today after asking for a voucher for my birthday. It was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted and told her the firmer the better and she really went to town. Plenty other places I’ve been before have felt like a tickle in comparison but she really made a difference. I could genuinely feel the knots disappearing from my shoulders. She made a point of asking about what is my dominant side for carrying my baby and seemed to pay extra attention to those areas affected from carrying and feeding a baby. 10/10 massage, would 100% recommend and will be back.

Had a full body aromatherapy massage today and left feeling incredible! Not only was the massage amazing, but Sophie made me feel so comfortable. Always checking pressure was right, worked out some really tough knots and took her time on every bit of the massage leaving me feeling so relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely be returning :)

So pleased to have found Sophie and her meticulous massage. I plan to have a maintenance massage every month with her from now on to get rid of all my knots and aches. There isn't a muscle of you that she misses, working until an area is released.

Dermalogica Pro Skin 60 has always made my skin look amazing. This time Sophie asked if I would like to add the Sculpta Power Play on to my treatment. The radio frequency seems to have made a real difference to the tone of my skin and I'm hoping I see an improvement from the muscle stimulation over the next few months. I feel safe trying new treatments because of Sophie's knowledge and expertise.

Ashleigh is very knowledgeable at what she does. Makes you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive and talks you through each step. I went in with lower back pain and sciatica pain. I feel so much better and not tight in the lower back. I will be going every month to keep on top of it and to keep my mobility. Thank you Ashleigh

Great firm massage no messing with a light touch she gets deep into your muscles which is what you need if you run or a serious gym goer. I would recommend Sofie to any of my gym or running buds.
