Abbie was so lovely and friendly and we had a great chat during the massage. She catered to what I asked for and you could tell she knew her stuff. I’ve really suffered with upper back/neck pain recently and I can already tell a difference since having the massage. I’ll definitely be rebooking back in every couple of months, it’s really worth it!

i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

Such a beautiful experience from start to finish! I had a facial and massage today and honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole vibe was calm, peaceful, and smelt incredible. Ciara my therapist was so lovely and really took time to understand my skin and what I wanted from the treatment. The facial was super relaxing, I nearly dozed off!! and my skin looked so fresh and glowy! It felt amazing! The massage was just perfect exactly what my face, shoulders, and neck needed. Before I had my massage 3 day ago my back hurt just to stand up. I told Inga my aces and pains and she concentrated on my worst parts. Immediately afterwards I felt amazing!!! Hardly any pain in my back and my legs felt so much better!!! An 3 days later I'm still feeling pretty great 👏🏻 I suffer from chronic pain and this lady helps me so much. What a difference a massage can make! Ive been struggling to sleep due to pain in my neck and shoulders, but since my massage last week I’ve slept so well. Jayne always knows exactly the points to work on and does an amazing job at reducing my tightness/knots.
