Lucy is genuinely amazing at what she does. Her massages are far better than any I’ve had at expensive spas, or even travelling in Thailand! She’s very skilled, knowledgable, warm and friendly and the environment at the retreat is super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend the Relaxaflex treatment, especially if you’ve not tried reflexology before - It’s amazing!!

Just had a wonderful full body massage with Lucy at the luxury retreat Spa. Lovely ,relaxing experience and Lucy made sure everything was fully covid 19 safe. It was so good I booked to go again in June.

Absolutely amazing pregnancy full body massage. The room was cosy and comfortable, the pillows provided a lot of support so I was comfortable throughout. The scalp massage was amazing and I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed! Thank you!

A fantastic massage again with Aimee. She works miracles on my muscles.

I've been having trouble with my shoulder and neck for weeks and experiencing awful pain with it. I booked in with Aimee for a sports massage yesterday, first sports massage I've ever had and it was amazing. She was very professional and made me feel at ease, she really worked on the tense areas that were causing the most problems. I can already feel results after just one massage. I will definitely be booking in again and would highly recommend Aimee.

I had never had a sports massage before and Aimee made me feel extremely comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly and explained why she would be doing different things. My pain has reduced massive amounts and hopefully I will be pain free soon. Would highly recommend!!

I booked a sports massage after pulling a muscle in my back whilst running. After the massage the pain reduced dramatically and within a few days I had most on my movement back. The space was welcoming and all staff were really friendly.

Lucy was wonderful and made me feel totally relaxed. Would really recommend the Happy Harmony
