First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️

Luke is a great therapist - he understood the issues and provided a comprehensive explanation of possible causes for those issues, and gave suitable treatment options. Luke and his lush hot stone massage have worked their magic on my sticky shoulder over a number of treatments. I wasn't able to lift my arm any higher than 45degrees. I can now get it up (🤣) to near on 90degrees after treatment, this just proves Luke has worked his magic once more. Thank you Luke x.

Booked a hot stone sports massage with Luke on a recommendation from a friend .. injured my shoulder about a month ago and just ignored it … so my shoulder was disappointed walking in - but certainly wasn’t walking out … the release Luke has managed to create in 30mins is incredible!!
