After six weeks of intense workouts, I treated myself to a spa package at Indys—and it was absolutely amazing. From the massage to the ambience, everything felt so relaxing and beautifully done. She worked wonders on my sore muscles, and by the time I left, I felt like I was walking on clouds. Coming definitely again!

I have had three or four massages from Fern now and I am never disappointed 🙌🏼 From start to finish Fern makes me feel relaxed and she takes time to ask about any areas of your body that you would like her to pay particular attention too. Thanks for the great deep tissue massage Indy. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for any running event, as my self a keen runner managed to stay injury free last year thanks to the combination of deep tissue and sports massages. The massage was amazing! I came in with really severe neck, shoulder, and back pain—I could barely move my head. After the massage, the pain was completely gone. The relief was immediate and honestly such a huge difference. She’s so skilled and professional. She focused on all the right areas and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or tension—you’ll be in very good hands.

My first appointment and first chemical peel. Poppy was absolutely amazing, explained everything she was doing, always checked I was fine during the treatment (the neck and shoulder massage was bliss) and explained after care and follow up appointments. I would definitely recommend All Glown Up and am looking forward to visiting again and trying other treatments.

Michael has been excellent over the last ten weeks providing excellent massages in preparation for London Marathon, has sorted out any niggles or pain very quickly. Highly recommended and will use him for many years to come, a 10/10 service.

Nuch was really good. I cannot say it wasn’t painful but at the end I’m much more relaxed than a traditional relaxing massage. Definitely recommend it.

I booked the glow up treatment (dermaplaning and microblading). Yasmin was very welcoming and friendly, she even had a little personalised sign as you walk into the room. She explained the steps throughout the treatment and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere was really calming and relaxing. I really enjoyed my visit and I can’t wait to see her again in a couple of weeks. The massage was so relaxing and I feel somewhat human again. Highly recommend to book your treatments with her.
