Due to communication issues, I ended up arriving slightly late. Yoshoda greeted me and welcomed me warmly. It was very relaxing and I had first consultation where she went through my lifestyle. She then performed a lymphatic drainage massage. Booking her for the next set of massages!

Over the last 2 sessions my son has had I can’t recommend Sam and Andrew enough! My son is 11 and recovering from knee surgery - they have been patient and so kind to him that he comes out buzzing!! Roll on the next session !

I've had massages in the past and it feels like the therapists feel that the only way to make a difference is to inflict pain on the customer. Yashoda doesn't do that. She's also lovely, easy to talk to and genuinely cares for those who come to her, wanting to help them feel better, physically and emotionally. :)

I had no idea what to expect but this was by far the best hours treatment I have had for a while. Khala was amazing and alongside the Japanese head spa the foot and arm massage were a nice addition. Would totally recommend.

I had the “Serenity” treatment, my scalp feels clean and fresh, my hair feels lovely and soft and the therapist Kala has great hands for massage. The atmosphere in the room was cosy and relaxed, and the icing on the cake was the heated blanket that you lay down on. The only regret I have is not booking one of the longer treatments. I’ll surely be back.

I was slightly nervous at first but Kala put me at ease. Told me what to expect. She scanned my head and I was shocked to see what was in my scalp. Kala was gentle and professional throughout the treatment. I wanted a deep scalp message so I told Kala that. It was amazing and I came out feeling so relaxed

What a relaxing experience! From start to finish, Lauren was super friendly and professional. Her location is very tranquil, calming and I found the whole experience very relaxing. Lauren was very thorough at the beginning when working through my hair type and ensuring she selected the right products for my hair. She then made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The treatment started and I didn’t want it to end. The arm and hands massage was an added bonus. Thank you Lauren! I’ll definitely be recommending Lauren to my friends.

This was my first Japanese head spa and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed after the treatment. I loved being able to see my scalp up close with Lauren's camera. It showed my scalp was a bit sensitive (as I'd been feeling this recently), so we personalised the treatment to suit this, choosing products that were more calming on my scalp. The rainfall effect of the water and the massage was really soothing on my hair, I could laid there all afternoon! Lauren was very professional and lovely, would highly recommend to anyone.

I really enjoyed my head spa experience. Lauren explained what would happen and undertook a before and after scalp analysis. She was professional, the environment was calm and cosy. The massage was fab and my hair and scalp felt amazing afterwards. I felt so relaxed.

Over x4weeks I have seen a vast reduction in pain and increased mobility after the sessions with Sam. He appears to temper the massage to the muscles that matter-they are not so tight and are working better/thank you
