Every time I have a reflexology session I leave feeling calmer, and more able to deal with whatever life has in store. I had reflexology today, Hollie explained how the treatment works before starting. I found it very relaxing to the point I was dropping off to sleep. It has left me feeling lighter in myself and quietened my head. Would recommend.
