Jo was incredible! I had very tight, sore shoulders and neck, but the pain eased after the first appointment, and I was able to turn my head again. The studio is lovely, and Jo was friendly and put me at ease immediately. Would recommend!

Jo was really amazing and helpful, always offering good advice/treatment, my shoulder feels much better, no more discomfort when moving it, and generally more relaxed muscles. Jo is great at deep tissue work and the hot stones and cupping worked really well in my shoulder. Will definitely be booking again, and would recommend Jo to anyone!

I visited due to lower back pain when playing football Stacey is extremely professional and runs a very clean treatment room I played today with zero lower back pain and felt all my small aches/tightness have been addressed Would recommend to anyone
