Sadie as always does a fantastic hair cut, sadly this is my last visit due to moving. I would recommend her salon to anyone, plus its in the lovely Padstow, so you can have a lovely wander around after your hair appointment.

Tara was professional, knowledgable and really cared. The assessment & massage was much more than I hoped for. She managed to diagnose the issue & I left in a lot less pain than when I walked in. Tara also recommended exercises and ongoing treatments which were really welcome. I will be recommending Tara and returning myself, thank you!

Celtie is incredible! I have had thee most amazing treatments with her. Her space is so tranquil, cosy & inviting. She spends time with you by asking what you require from your treatment. As normal magic has been worked. Lower back and hips feel much more comfortable. Shoulders more relaxed and neck currently isn't hurting. Feel very chilled and warm, not sore and achy. Very happy.

My wife and I both had massages with Tara. Both were excellent and I would recommend Tara's skills and services. She is obviously very knowledgeable and skilled in sports massage and physiotherapy, with useful follow up information on recovery tips and exercises that will have long term benefits.

Had a legs & glutes massage with Tara after cycling to Cornwall from Bristol. Absolutely fantastic.

Would highly recommend, booked a full body massage as was having trouble with tight hamstrings and low back pain. Tara found some posture issues I wasn’t aware of that could have caused the back pain, she gave me a list of exercises advice to help. I would definitely use Tara again next time I’m down here on holiday.
