Abbie was so lovely and friendly and we had a great chat during the massage. She catered to what I asked for and you could tell she knew her stuff. I’ve really suffered with upper back/neck pain recently and I can already tell a difference since having the massage. I’ll definitely be rebooking back in every couple of months, it’s really worth it!

I can't thank KH enough for a much needed massage. As a new mum, carrying around a 12lbs baby every day really puts a strain on your muscles. i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

Always the best massages with Abbie, my favourite time of month:) my back feels brand new each time!

Abbie is a fantastic professional! I’ve had a couple of sports massages & cupping on a hamstring strain. This time I went for an injury rehabilitation assessment suffering with a painful shoulder. After a short assessment she identified the problem, recommended a strengthening programme & did a great massage on the area with an instant freeness! Would highly recommend, thanks Abbie!

Booked in with Abbie due to having lower back pain from work, 30 minutes sports massage later & I feel like a new person. My first ever massage so was a bit reluctant but Abbie is great. Super welcoming! Will definitely be booking in again. Thanks :)
