Grace was recommended by a friend and my first ever sports massage. I was somewhat nervous but Grace is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable and conducted a very comprehensive assessment prior to treatment. The massage itself was excellent and I came away with lots of useful tips to assist going forward. Would 100% recommend.

What a treat! Booked the pumpkin pamper with Adele and it did not disappoint. Just what I needed after a long week.. such a nice back scrub and massage followed by a gorgeous pumpkin facial! I felt so relaxed I could’ve fallen asleep! Can’t wait for my next one 🥰

Excellent. Grace takes the time to go over the suggestions she made at my last visit regarding my yoga postures. These have helped enormously towards better postures in my yoga practice and for my body. The sports massage is first class. Grace concentrates on the problem areas and works towards relieving pressure and discomfort. I feel so much better and can move more freely.
