My Ayurvedic massage this morning was simply incredible! Kate totally put me at ease, and I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout. I even enjoyed a lovely hot herbal tea in the coffee house afterwards! Since coming home, I feel extremely relaxed and tired (but in a good way!). I will most definitely be booking myself another massage as soon as I can fit it in. If you are looking for an amazing massage, in a relaxed atmosphere, I would highly recommend Kate and Sass to anybody!
